Whether our clients require direct hire, contract to hire, individual contractors, or an entire team, 3KC’s methodology saves our clients time, money and headaches.

The traditional model for IT staffing and consulting services firms involve some “proprietary” pre-screening techniques, special software, and/or cursory interviews to try and match the skills of hundreds of applicants to a job descriptions. At 3KC, we invest time up front by fully vetting our client’s needs, and utilizing our network to identify the right candidates to satisfy them. Our process includes:

  • An in-depth interview by 3KC subject matter experts, to understand our client’s staffing or consulting requirements and the business drivers behind them. This process is a collaborative effort between our clients and relevant 3KC subject matter experts. We do not use account managers or sales representatives.
  • An identification of candidates who meet our client’s requirements from a pool of top talent. Our network is utilized in this process to incorporate their expertise and experience within the client’s domain. Potential candidates are only those with a proven performance record, having direct references and/or working relationship experience with 3KC and/or our network.
  • A panel interview of potential candidates based on 3KC defined criteria and methodology. 3KC candidate selection criteria include, but is not limited to:
    • A review of candidate’s core competencies (focus on results, initiative, effective communication, customer focus, and self-motivation).
    • An in-depth review of education, skill set, work experience, and other reference checks.
    • As assessment of the candidate’s long-term career goals to match our client’s projected needs.
  • 3KC’s client presentation and proposal. Here, the value of 3KC’s vetting process is realized. Our goal is to secure the right candidates the first time for our clients.
